Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Depending on the selected shipping location and shipping method, the shipping time may vary from 2 to 10 business days.

International orders can vary from 6 to 10 business days depending on your location

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?


The delivery of the Products takes place by courier and the shipping cost foreseen for Italy (excluding San Marino, Vatican City, Malta, Switzerland, Livigno and Campione d'Italia) is a free delivery for orders over € 100, 00, while for orders that do not reach the minimum amount for free shipping the cost is € 4.90 in Italy and € 8.90 in Europe. Free shipping is not provided for specific promotions. The shipping cost related to the order will always be specified during the purchase process and before the payment request.

Barring unforeseen circumstances, the delivery time for Standard delivery is from 2 to 4 working days from the time of shipment, however this deadline could also vary significantly for locations that are difficult to reach such as mountain locations, islands, extreme suburbs.

The Customer will be informed of any transport costs at the time of order registration. For deliveries to EU countries (excluding Italy), the Order will be delivered in 7/15 days. For Orders paid by the Customer with delivery in Italy, by credit card, prepaid card or Paypal account, the items will be delivered within 2/4 working days from the time of shipment by standard delivery. In case of payment by bank transfer in advance, delivery times are calculated from the moment of receipt of payment at our bank. The system will automatically send the Customer an e-mail notice after shipment with the possibility of tracking the Order.

We would like to point out that the package can be blocked at customs, further delaying the delivery. Customs may also require payment of import charges, which vary from state to state. Upon receipt of the Products, the Customer must check that the package is perfectly closed and intact. If the package is not intact or damaged, the Customer must immediately report the complaints to the courier; otherwise the Products will be considered regularly delivered.

When the courier makes the delivery you will have to carefully check: that the package is intact, not tampered with, not damaged or wet and in any case complies with the standard characteristics of a package. That the number of packages (number of packages) indicated on the invoice corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered. Any disputes must be raised immediately to the carrier in writing on the delivery note. In the absence of reservations, the product is considered to have been delivered correctly.
