Shipping & Delivery time
Orders placed from Monday to Thursday will be shipped the next working day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Depending on the location and shipping method selected, shipping time may vary from 2 to 10 business days.
International orders can vary from 6 to 10 working days depending on the location
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Products are delivered by courier and shipping costs for Italy (excluding San Marino, Vatican City, Malta, Switzerland, Livigno and Campione d'Italia) are free delivery for orders over € 100,00, while for orders that do not reach the minimum amount for free shipping the cost is € 8.90. Free shipping is not provided in case of specific promotions. The shipping cost for the order will always be specified during the purchase process and before the payment request.
Except for unforeseen delivery times Standard delivery is from 2 to 4 working days from the time of shipment, this term could however also vary significantly for places difficult to reach such as mountain resorts, islands, extreme suburbs.
The Customer will be informed of the possible shipping cost when registering the Order. For deliveries to EU countries (excluding Italy), the Order will be delivered in 7/15 days. For the Orders paid by the Customer with delivery in Italy, by Credit Card, Prepaid Card or Paypal account, the items will be delivered within 2/4 working days from the time of shipment by Standard delivery. In case of payment by bank transfer in advance the delivery times are calculated from the moment of receipt of payment at our bank. The system will automatically send an e-mail to the Customer with the notification of shipment, with the possibility of tracking the Order.
We would like to point out that the package can be blocked in customs, further delaying delivery. The customs may also require payment of import charges, which vary from state to state. Upon receipt of the Products, the Customer must verify that the package is perfectly closed and intact. If the package is not intact or damaged, the Customer must immediately report the disputes to the courier; otherwise the Products will be considered regularly delivered.
When the courier makes the delivery you must carefully check: that the package is intact, not tampered with, damaged or wet and in any case complies with the standard characteristics of a package. That the number of packages (number of packages) indicated on the invoice corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered. Any disputes must be immediately raised to the carrier in writing on the delivery note. In the absence of reserves, the product is considered to be delivered correctly.
